Now that you have a basic idea of what a web host is and how to choose one, let me list out a few major web hosting services available online. You can look into each of them and settle for one that best suits your business needs.
Bluehost is one of the most popular web hosting providers and I can personally vouch for them. I was using Bluehost to host dozens of websites for several years and I was impressed. It’s an excellent hosting provider to start off with.
HostGator is another well-known web hosting service. Although I haven’t personally used it, I have come across some really good reviews. The advantage with HostGator is the different hosting plans they provide. If you are just starting out, you can go with a low-cost plan that has only the basic features for now and upgrade as your business grows.
3. InMotion Hosting
InMotion Hosting is the web hosting service I’ve been using for the past few years. Since I switched over, I’ve been impressed by their reasonable rates and excellent customer service. Their shared business hosting plans are reasonably priced and come with free SSL.
InnoHosting is another good web hosting service. Their uniqueness is that they guarantee 99.9% uptime along with round the clock technical support. InnoHosting also has a variety of plans you can choose from based on your budget.
Coupon Codes & Deals
You can search online for coupon codes that will reduce the cost of your hosting. I have come across HostGator coupons that offer hosting for as little as 1 cent a month! You could also look out for special holiday offers. Most hosting providers offer good deals on Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
I hope this list gives you an idea of where you can purchase your web hosting online. Look out for a detailed post tomorrow on how to set up your website online.
